This is a small residential and office project in Sofia, Lozenetz district. The construction work is plan to start this summer.
The project is situated on a 347 square meters plot, located on the Stoyan Mihailovski boulevard in Sofia.
The underground level is less than 300 square meters, leaving part of the plot free for a garden with high vegetation in the back yard.
The building is situated in line, attached to the next building on the South-East. The front construction line is 10 meters inside from the sidewalk, allowing in the front part of the plot to be placed three parking lots. On the front facade there are the main entrance for the apartments, and the entrance for the Cafe. Behind the Cafe is placed a office with direct access to the back yard.
A square layout of the staircase is used, with an elevator in the middle, as the most effective variant area wise. There are two apartments on the level - one on the left - 50 sq. m., and one on the right - 100 sq. m. nett area.
